Hedgehog Lab partnered with Musto Management and Consulting to create a cross-platform construction safety management app. The application, which included iOS, Android, and web components, aimed to digitize the paper-based processes prevalent in the construction sector. Hedgehog Lab was involved in all stages of the project, from the initial scoping to the design and eventual building of the user personas, wireframes, and UI elements. They also provided branding services, including the app's naming process, logo design, color schemes, and brand guide creation. The team comprised of five main people, including the Managing Director, two product architects, a project manager, and several full-stack engineers, designers, and QA personnel. The project, which started in March 2021, is ongoing and has so far cost $650,000.

Hedgehog Lab was hired by Yoono, an automated intelligence service, to develop their web platform. The project began with an extensive discovery phase where Yoono briefed Hedgehog Lab about the project's requirements. The development process focused on making the website scalable and stable using .NET for development. The next phase of the project will focus on UI/UX design, followed by maintenance work. The team from Hedgehog Lab included developers and a project manager. The engagement, which started in November 2022, is ongoing and has so far cost approximately $60,000.

Booost Education, an EdTech company that makes apps for students with learning disabilities in higher education, hired Hedgehog Lab to develop their mobile application and corresponding web app. The app, developed in Flutter with a PHP Laravel backend and various APIs, is designed to help students organize their tasks and get support for their education activities. Hedgehog Lab was responsible for writing the user stories and requirements, running QC testing, deploying the product to app stores, and maintaining and updating the app post-launch. The project, which began in September 2021, is ongoing and has so far cost approximately $105,000.
