Heartbeat Agency began by redesigning the company's brand and marketing materials, then moved on to the landing pages. The company gave Heartbeat Agency broad creative freedom and selected from the different ideas they presented. The company invested between $15,000–$20,000 in this ongoing project, which began in January 2019.

Heartbeat Agency was tasked by Similar.ai to create a new website and design after the product firm changed their product. The agency was asked to define a new visual identity and a better way of developing inbound prospects. They built the firm's brand, logo, visual language, and identity, as well as a new website with detailed pages. The firm wanted the website to be as simple as possible for faster loading times. The work started in 2017 and is still ongoing.

Finiata, a technology startup in Germany, hired Heartbeat Agency to redesign the UI/UX for their landing pages and web-based app. The project started with a free kickoff meeting to understand the scope of the project, target customers, and end goals. The teams then began designing the app in Figma, a web-based design tool. After three revision sessions, Heartbeat Agency redesigned the app and landing pages based on their discussions. The startup invested around $40,000 for the project, which started in May and ended in September 2018.
