Healthy Technology Solutions (HTS) provided comprehensive IT services and tech support to Calderon Medical Group, a primary care medical practice in Las Vegas. The partnership started in April 2015 and is still ongoing. HTS was instrumental in helping the medical practice transition to tele-visits during the COVID-19 pandemic. They handle all technology needs, from simple fixes to complex technology-related issues, ensuring servers and drives operate optimally, and data backup systems are in place. HTS also ensures the security of patient data, particularly important in light of recent hacking incidents. The Calderon Medical Group expressed satisfaction with HTS's services, citing their reliability and efficiency.

In another project, HTS provided managed IT and consulting services to Vivida Dermatology, a skin cancer and general dermatology center. The engagement, which began in March 2019, was initiated due to dissatisfaction with previous IT service providers. HTS hosts all of Vivida Dermatology's IT services, provides connectivity, and offers consulting services. They helped establish a call center solution with remote access and recommended security measures to ensure safety. HTS also pointed out compliance issues and helped resolve them. The executive director of Vivida Dermatology praised HTS's honesty and simplicity, and noted that their services cost a third of what previous providers charged. The partnership continues to be beneficial and satisfactory.
