Heady was hired by WeWork to audit and redesign their existing mobile apps and membership types, ensuring everything was cohesive and in line with their recent rebrand. The project involved documenting the existing structure, functionality, and behavior of the current flows as well as the different user states and how they affect the user flows. Heady also conducted a detailed analysis of the current user state and identified opportunities to consolidate and redesign flows for the future state. The work resulted in the design of detailed user flow journeys & maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs based on usability testing results and stakeholder feedback.

In a partnership with Heyday Wellness, a personalized skincare company, Heady was tasked with enhancing the digital client experience, developing internal tools, and accelerating product roadmap delivery. The project involved web development, backend development, QA and testing, product strategy, and UX and UI design. Heady's team integrated seamlessly with Heyday's, working as true collaborators. Their ability to balance speed with quality stood out, and they brought clarity, structure, and thoughtful solutions every step of the way. The partnership resulted in the acceleration of Heyday's roadmap, the launch of new features, and continued improvement of both the client and team experience at scale.

Heady also worked with Glowbar, a company offering 30-minute expert facials, to enhance and customize the booking widget for glowbar.com. The project involved enhancing and improving the booking flow experience for both the backend and client-facing experience. This included redesigning the widget, adding features not included in the standard experience, and implementing abandoned cart features to track where people fall off in the booking experience to recover them. The partnership with Heady resulted in a more efficient and user-friendly booking process for Glowbar's clients.
