Headspring

Headspring was hired by a medical device company to develop an enterprise pharmacy portal, EHR integration, and many backend services in AWS. The goal was to replace a poorly designed legacy system. Their team, consisting of a project manager, a tech lead, and 3-4 developers, designed and developed a class-leading enterprise pharmacy portal, assisted in the development of a front runner EHR integration and developed numerous other services in AWS. Their work not only met but exceeded the company's expectations and they appreciated Headspring's adherence to core principles for software development and testing.

In another project, Headspring was hired by a software company that specializes in property tax collection software for local government. Their existing platform was based on outdated technologies and they lacked the manpower to support it while undertaking a rewrite. Headspring was tasked with creating a modern web-based platform to position the company well for the future and reduce maintenance costs. The core team, consisting of a project manager, a UX designer, a tech lead, and a developer, designed and developed a .NET Core Razor Pages solution, utilizing the company's existing database and business logic. The project was completed in two-week sprints, with some of the company's developers brought on midway to get comfortable with the project. The company was pleased with the quality of Headspring's work and the successful delivery of their needs.
