Headscape

Headscape was hired by McCollough Consulting LLC, a marketing consultancy for global law firms, to redesign their website and provide UX advisory services. A team of 6-10 employees from Headscape was assigned to the project. The scope of work included creating a website focused on attorney recruiting for a large law firm, conducting primary and secondary research, client stakeholder interviews, UI/UX design, web design, and web development. The company was chosen due to its competitive pricing, culture fit, value for cost, and aligned company values. Headscape continues to provide ongoing enhancements and support to the company.

The Field Studies Council, an environmental education charity, engaged Headscape to build their new website. The project included scoping, design, implementing an e-commerce system, and integrating with the booking system. The Headscape team was hands-on throughout the process, conducting in-person workshops and regular support meetings. They successfully delivered on all aspects of the project within budget. Since the initial website build, the charity has continued to work with Headscape on implementing many complicated changes, including adding extra layers within e-commerce, navigation, subscriptions, and introducing VAT. Headscape's expert knowledge and understanding of web technologies have been essential to the continued development of the website. The engagement started in 2018 and continues to date.
