The goal was to standardize the lifecycle process of all records, ensuring they were stored, managed, and disposed of in a safe, secure, and timely manner. HBE was selected based on the recommendation of a senior partner who was impressed with the firm's professionalism, efficiency, and quality of service. The project involved creating a centralized record retention and management system that was operational, efficient, secure, and user-friendly. HBE worked closely with the Group Legal Advisor/Project Committee Head and various department heads in order to understand business needs and deliver a comprehensive policy. The team from HBE, comprising two main points of reference, also provided in-house seminars and training for the respective departmental teams. Throughout the project, they demonstrated extensive knowledge, resourcefulness, and a strong commitment to achieving the desired outcome.
