Havooz ICT Services completed a project for Avea, a leading mobile operator in Turkey and part of the Turk Telekom group. The project involved handling increased data traffic from Avea's wireless application protocol gateway, which was not feasible using traditional databases. Havooz developed a product that effectively managed the large amount of traffic for Avea. The project involved transferring and storing data in a format required by Avea, which resulted in significant storage savings. The system was designed to efficiently store data and log queries for different teams such as quality assurance and customer care. The challenge was to provide similar response times to these queries as compared to the previous system.

The project was part of Avea's incubation center initiative, where Havooz was selected through a two-phase process that involved approval from Avea's upper management. The initiative primarily involved Turkish companies, but was open to international startups. Havooz was expected to ensure high-quality products without any purchase guarantees at the beginning. The project was successful and Avea appreciated Havooz's work, noting that the system was able to handle the increased data traffic efficiently and provide necessary reports for upper management and customer care.
