Hashrocket

Hashrocket was contracted to build a marketing and enrollment platform for a charter school district. The platform is designed to collect new student leads and communicate with individuals submitting these leads. The system accepts applications and runs a lottery to determine successful applicants. They provided mentorship on software development and agile development processes. They also helped improve the company's processes, making them more efficient. The contract value was over $50,000 and the collaboration is ongoing.

Hashrocket was contracted by a youth sports management tool company to build a customizable store for sports teams. The store was built from the ground up using React and Elixir, and Hashrocket was involved in the process from the very beginning. They helped the company put together their requirements, guided the design, and the direction of the project. The application built allows customers to design a logo on the site and apply it to a number of pre-made items. The site also notifies team members once the store has been created, leading the user through a simplified checkout flow that forwards any orders through an API to their printing partner. The project began in August 2017 and is ongoing, with a total investment of around $300,000.

For a dental job board, DentalPost, Hashrocket was contracted to help rebuild the frontend of their web application using React and GatsbyJS. Hashrocket worked with the DentalPost product team to design wireframes and user flows, wrote the majority of the React code, and integrated the new frontend with the new backend APIs. The engagement lasted from October 2017 to January 2019.
