Hashrocket was contracted by DentalPost, a leading job board for dental professionals, to revamp their decade-old website. The Hashrocket team worked on rebuilding the frontend of the web application using React and GatsbyJS, while DentalPost's internal team revamped the backend and API. The project, which ran from October 2017 to January 2019, involved designing wireframes and user flows, writing the majority of the React code, and integrating the new frontend with the new backend APIs. The DentalPost team found Hashrocket's services to be the best among the firms they interviewed.

A development and branding agency engaged Hashrocket to augment their developer workforce during a period of accelerated growth. Hashrocket provided invaluable mentorship in software development and agile team management, and helped build a marketing and enrollment platform for a charter school district client. The platform, built using the advanced programming language Elixir, manages new student leads, runs a lottery for seat allocation, and registers successful applicants. The collaboration, which began in early 2019, proved so valuable that the agency contracted Hashrocket for the rest of the year.

Hashrocket worked with a youth sports management tool company to build a customizable online store for sports teams. The store, built from scratch using React and Elixir, allows teams to design and order custom clothing and gear featuring their team's name, colors, and logo. The project, which started in August 2017 and is still ongoing, involved defining project requirements, guiding design decisions, and developing a simplified checkout flow that forwards orders to a printing partner via an API. The sports management company found Hashrocket's interview and proposal processes to be very professional, engaged, and exciting, leading to an easy decision to work with them.
