The project manager was the main point of contact and the collaboration was described as pleasant and easy-going over the seven-year partnership.

For the music store, House of Music, HarDevel provided web development and server support. The company required various services, ranging from fixing minor glitches to moving to a new server and setting it up. HarDevel was chosen due to their instant readiness to start work and lack of prepayment required at the first contact. The client expressed gratitude for every edit and module configuration provided by HarDevel, despite not being a programming language speaker. The work was carried out by a single individual named Vadim since 2014.

An online dental retailer hired HarDevel for the development of their e-commerce website. The client had been working with HarDevel for eight years and was satisfied with the long-term cooperation. HarDevel was responsible for developing an online store, a site for doctors, a site for patients, and a portal for uploading clinical cases of patients.
