The team at Harbor Technology Group, led by Matt and Evan, has been working with the company for many years, and their cost-effective service and expertise have been highly valued. The scope of the project includes developing a robust structure that encompasses everything from an ISMS plan to a cyber response plan, as well as building a roadmap for overall cybersecurity. The project, which began in May 2021, is ongoing and has so far seen an investment of $25,000 - $50,000 from the fintech company.

In a project with a construction company, Harbor Technology Group provided cybersecurity consultation services to prevent potential ransomware attacks. Having been recommended by a third party, the team at Harbor Technology Group conducted an extensive network scan and installed necessary equipment on the servers. They then provided the results of the scan and recommended corrective actions. The company invested $18,000 in the project, which ran from July 2020 to September 2020.

Harbor Technology Group was engaged by a New Jersey-based religious organization to strengthen their security defenses. After an initial review by another company, Harbor Technology Group was brought in to provide a second opinion and perform an incident response activity. Currently serving as the organization's virtual chief information security officer (vCISO), the team is working on a range of measures, including drafting formal policies, improving disaster recovery, conducting incident response tests, reviewing cyber insurance policies, and performing quarterly vulnerability assessments. The project, which began in January 2019, is a year's contract.
