The project involved monthly calls to discuss feedback, findings, and successes and a shared Monday.com board was used for scheduling, copy and targeting. Working with the owner and 1-2 account managers, the client was satisfied with the results, praising Harbor's effective project management and results-oriented approach.

In another project, Harbor Marketing Agency partnered with The Preschool Box, an online subscription box e-commerce company, to manage social media, email, and search advertising campaigns. The aim was to develop a consistent customer acquisition cost and fuel growth beyond organic strategy. Harbor was selected for their understanding of subscription boxes, the parent and education audience, and important metrics for recurring revenue. They developed a strategy based on existing numbers and marketing materials, suggested conversion optimizations, and managed ad spend. Monthly strategy calls and regular ideas and experiments were part of the project. The agency also took over email marketing, converting old email lists from Mailchimp to Klaviyo. The client worked with an Account Manager and a Campaign Manager and was pleased with the agency's performance.
