The company had no internal developers and needed a functional, scalable system to publish digital news. Happy Cog took care of all their external development needs, including back-end and front-end development, server setup, security, and scalability. They also built a research portal with an e-commerce engine and a subscriber paywall service, developed APIs for various service providers, and managed event pages and registrations.
