The Strategic Change Foundation, a nonprofit organization, contracted HAPPY to develop their brand identity. The organization, which focuses on strategic philanthropy and impact investing, required a visual representation of their mission and values. HAPPY was chosen after thorough market research and interviews due to their experience with nonprofit organizations. The collaboration lasted from July 2021 to March 2022, with HAPPY assisting in translating the foundation's strategic plan into an external communication product. The result was a successful brand identity that accurately represents the foundation's goals and values.
An HR tech startup based in Germany hired HAPPY to define their branding, validate their company name, create a style guide, and design a landing page. HAPPY was chosen due to their ability to cover end-to-end branding aspects and their good references. Despite the challenge of aligning the views of three founders, HAPPY established an iterative agile process to address every important aspect.
