Hands Together Tech

Hands Together Tech worked with TotalCtrl, a company that builds inventory management software, to develop a range of applications and systems. The first project involved creating a consumer app for online grocery retailers, which included features such as a smart shopping list, autogenerated recipes based on inventory, and notifications prior to expiry dates. This allowed consumers to better control their home food inventory. As TotalCtrl transitioned to a B2B model, Hands Together Tech assisted in developing an inventory management system for the food sector. This system was integrated with procurement systems, OCR providers, and POS systems, and included features such as inventory count, delivery control, food waste reporting, and analytics. The solution has proven to help businesses save time, money, and reduce food waste. It has been tested and validated in both the public sector, with kindergartens and nursing homes, and in the private sector with restaurants and hotels. Additionally, Hands Together Tech was involved in the development of TotalCtrl's self-serve food bank solution, enabling digital control over inventory and facilitating charity registration of collected food via a self-check-out solution. The choice to partner with Hands Together Tech was influenced by aligned company values, and the team consisted of 2-5 employees.
