Hammerhead

Hammerhead was hired by the Department of Physics & Astronomy at the University of British Columbia (UBC) to assist with the migration of their website from Drupal 6 to Drupal 8. The project aimed to upgrade the website's look and feel to align with the University’s CLF. The company was chosen for their comprehensive plan, forward-thinking insights, and reasonable budget. They worked on the technical side of the migration, including content, structure, database, and modules. The UBC team worked closely with Hammerhead's co-founders, Evan Holmgren and Rory Mullin.

In another project, a fly fishing company hired Hammerhead to design and develop a WordPress site. The company's website was outdated, and they aimed to increase traffic substantially by the end of the year. Hammerhead was chosen based on their past projects, design skills, and cost estimate. They designed and developed an informational WordPress site, updated the content to reflect the company's services, and created a landing page with a contact form. A project manager, two full slack developers, and a designer from Hammerhead worked on this project.

Pacific Rim College Online, an online education company, hired Hammerhead for ongoing tech support and regular site development builds. Referred by a respected contractor, Hammerhead was selected for their fast and efficient technical support and solid web development. The company's COO mainly worked with Rory from Hammerhead.
