HamilTEK Solutions

HamilTEK Solutions was contracted by Global LED Solutions to streamline their savings analysis process. Previously, the process involved six people, but HamilTEK was able to reduce this to just two, significantly improving efficiency. The owner of Global LED Solutions worked directly with Zach, the owner of HamilTEK, who was able to devise a coding solution for the savings analyses. This enabled the customer to have no upfront cost and expedited the invoice approval process. The engagement, which began in October 2018, is ongoing with projects being carried out intermittently. The investment in HamilTEK's services ranged between $10,000 and $50,000.

An interior design agency sought the services of HamilTEK Solutions to develop an invoicing app. The app was needed to differentiate between taxable and non-taxable items, a task the agency was struggling with. HamilTEK developed an intuitive app that not only organized the files effectively but also suggested items based on past selections whenever an item was being input for a client. This made invoice creation significantly easier. The agency's owner worked directly with Zach, the owner of HamilTEK. The collaboration began in May 2019 and cost between $500 and $600.

HamilTEK Solutions was subcontracted by DeVore Technologies to create an updated database for a research laboratory within a non-profit university. The previous Microsoft Access database was no longer going to be supported by the university, so a new one was needed on a dedicated SQL server. HamilTEK worked with the university's IT department to meet the SQL server requirements, recreated all tables from the original database, designed new queries for data recovery, imported all historic data, and ensured no data was lost. They also worked with an independent company to ensure the database complied with the Federal Code. Zach from HamilTEK and Craig from DeVore Technologies were the main people involved in the project.
