HalSoft

HalSoft was hired by Ultimaterials, an atomic layer deposition community website, to create a custom interactive community website based on Laravel. The project saw HalSoft revamp most of the website's pages and organize its codebase using Laravel and Livewire for backend development. The team developed pages with filter functionality for guests to explore ALD system products and accessories, including a periodic table page for easy navigation of coatings and precursor products. Other features implemented include Google Maps integration for displaying jobs and ALD groups worldwide, Twitter feeds and hashtags related to ALD technology, and standard pages such as About Us, Meet the Team, and Contact. The website was designed to be mobile-friendly and optimized for SEO. The project's main objectives were to improve website aesthetics and usability, enhance mobile responsiveness, create new pages to provide valuable resources for visitors, organize the codebase, implement a CMS for admins and users, and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine visibility. The tech stack used included Laravel with Livewire for backend, Bootstrap for responsive design, MySQL for the database, Google Maps and Twitter for integrations, and Excel for data importing/exporting.
