Highlights from Recent Projects
Hakuna Matata Solutions Pvt Ltd was hired by a truck manufacturer to digitize and capture the production and productivity details of all operators on the shop floor. The goal was to provide management with a dashboard to understand the progress and performance on a shift basis. The team from Hakuna Matata worked closely with the client's core team members and successfully completed the project to the client's satisfaction. The project was led by a project lead from Hakuna Matata and a team from CAT, with around 6-7 people working on the project to deliver the intended results.
In another project, Hakuna Matata was engaged by an enterprise IT solutions provider to design, develop, and deploy multiplatform, mobile applications. The project involved developing a mobile sales effectiveness tool with a focus on iOS platform release. Hakuna Matata was responsible for validating the requirements and designs from an iOS development platform perspective and getting the product to market. The project was completed successfully in a calendar year with three specific phases and an estimated cost of around $250,000.
Hakuna Matata also worked on a project for a ridesharing service, where they were responsible for the entire server-side programming in Node.js and developing the route-matching algorithm. They also developed the iOS and Android applications for the service and were responsible for the UI/UX design. The development of the route-matching algorithm was a significant challenge due to the constraints, but Hakuna Matata managed to handle it well. The project was launched in October 2015 for Android and in February 2016 for iOS, with a total cost of around $90,000.
