Highlights from Recent Projects
Hairball.IO was hired by a pool construction, maintenance, and supply retail store for the integration of their Netsuite account into their Shopify store. The project aimed to correctly integrate their inventory using Celigo as the connector. Hairball.IO was chosen based on a recommendation, their ease of use, cost-effectiveness, and flexibility. The project included weekly calls, the creation of mapping systems, and detailed knowledge of Celigo, Shopify, and Netsuite/Oracle. The project was completed within a month, with excellent customer service, particularly during the testing phase. Two team members from Hairball.IO, a project manager and a customer success manager, worked on this project.
The second project involved Hairball.IO working with an e-commerce CPG brand. The goal was to transition all existing NetSuite, Amazon, and ShipStation integrations over to Celigo. The vendor was selected based on a recommendation from Celigo. The project included remapping all existing integrations over to Celigo within a tight timeline to avoid extending the existing integrator's contract. Two core team members from Hairball.IO implemented the integration.
Hairball.IO was hired by a retail company to integrate systems to their new ERP, NetSuite. The vendor was selected based on a referral. The scope of work included integrating NetSuite ERP to an upstream legacy ERP, a downstream E-commerce platform, and a Warehouse Management System (WMS). Between two to five employees from Hairball.IO were assigned to this project.
