Hairball.IO was hired by a pool maintenance retail store to integrate their Netsuite account with their Shopify store using Celigo as the connector. The project entailed weekly calls, the creation of mapping systems, and great customer service during the testing phase. The client, who lacked the time and resources to undergo the integration themselves, praised the ease of use, affordability, and flexibility of Hairball.IO's solution. Two members of Hairball.IO's team, a project manager and a customer success manager, were involved in this project.
In another project, Hairball.IO was tasked by an e-commerce CPG brand to transition all their existing NetSuite, Amazon, and ShipStation integrations over to Celigo. The goal was to adhere to a tight timeline to avoid extending the existing integrator's contract. Hairball.IO was recommended by Celigo for this project.
