Hackstone was hired by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to produce a video for their training program, Building a Respectful and Inclusive Communication Environment (BRICE). The goal of the video was to advance the objectives of a respectful workplace and ensure that everyone in the organization benefits from an improved communication environment. Hackstone was chosen for their personable team and reasonable cost after the NIH received four proposals from different vendors. The project involved interviewing NIH staff about their experiences with civil and uncivil communication in the workplace. The final product was a 13-minute video featuring eight staff members discussing their experiences. The process was smooth, with only one revision needed, and the video was delivered within two weeks. The NIH found the whole Hackstone team to be highly engaged and invested in the project's success.
