Hackstone was hired by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to produce a video for a training program titled "Building a Respectful and Inclusive Communication Environment" (BRICE). The goal of the project was to promote a respectful workplace and enhance the communication environment within the organization. Hackstone was selected from four proposals due to their personable team, reasonable cost, and their understanding of the project's goals. The project involved interviewing NIH staff about their experiences with civil and uncivil communication in the workplace, with the final product being a 13-minute video featuring eight staff members. The NIH found Hackstone's team to be fully engaged and invested in the project, and they appreciated the quick turnaround time of two weeks for the first cut of the video.
