Highlights from Recent Projects
HacknCraft was hired by MSG Networks to create a custom module to boost fan engagement within their apps and website. The company proposed a web view that could be incorporated into the existing applications, rather than altering the existing code. The collaboration resulted in two modules, one of which HacknCraft took the lead on while MSG Networks handled the design elements for the other. One complex feature was a stats feed for team scores, game rosters, and team standings, which required a built-in delay to avoid spoilers. The engagement began in September 2018 and is ongoing, with MSG Networks investing between $100,000–$250,000 into the project.
HacknCraft was engaged by Command Media to work on their app, Fancred, after they acquired the assets of the failed tech company in September 2016. The company needed a significant amount of technological work, which HacknCraft was able to provide. The engagement began in November 2016 and is ongoing. Command Media's founder was particularly impressed with HacknCraft, rating them above other app development companies he had previously worked with.
The CEO of Skateloop, a management tracking tool for athletes, hired HacknCraft to develop an iOS app. The app was designed to track figure skaters’ progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and to connect coaches and athletes on a mobile platform. The CEO, who had no technical background, appreciated HacknCraft's willingness to explain each step of the process. The engagement, which began in June 2016, is ongoing with Skateloop investing between $75,000–$80,000 into the project.
