Guest Marketing

Guest Marketing was hired by Rosedon Hotel, a historic boutique hotel in Bermuda, to assist with rebranding and marketing support. The hotel was seeking to revamp its brand while preserving its unique history and charm. Guest Marketing was chosen for the project due to their cultural fit, values alignment, and referral. A team of 2-5 employees from Guest Marketing was assigned to the project. They successfully overhauled the hotel's brand, providing multiple options that guided the final decision. They also created a comprehensive brand book to communicate the new brand voice internally and externally. In addition to the rebranding, Guest Marketing provided extensive graphic design services, including the development of a new website, which was a significant improvement for the hotel. They continue to support the hotel with social media advertising and other projects, such as business card design and sales event pamphlets. The collaboration with Guest Marketing has been highly beneficial for Rosedon Hotel, leading to a rejuvenated brand and enhanced marketing efforts.
