GSV Systems LLP was hired by ParallelDots, Inc., an AI company, to plan and implement their network architecture. The project involved procuring quality devices and setting up the backbone of the company's IT infrastructure, which allowed the company to focus on product development. The goal was to establish a network infrastructure that could support multiple ISPs and concurrent users, securely connect remote users, and link the office network to AWS and GCP through secure tunnels. GSV Systems was chosen for their planning, quality of devices, and excellent support. The project was successful, with the company praising GSV Systems' scalability and versatility in meeting changing needs.

As an independent project manager and service delivery manager, the client hired GSV Systems LLP to convert a client’s telephone system from a legacy system to a state-of-the-art Cisco platform. The project also involved supporting the platform post-migration. GSV Systems executed everything remotely, providing first-, second-, and third-line support. They also handled implementation engineering, support engineering, troubleshooting, and reporting on their work and the performance of the infrastructure. The project started in the second quarter of 2014 and concluded at the end of 2015 or the beginning of 2016. The client appreciated GSV Systems' close contacts with Cisco and their ability to work within predefined changes. The project was successful, and they continue to work together intermittently.
