Grupo Noa International was hired by an international Wi-Fi provider to handle their inbound customer support. The Wi-Fi provider had previously outsourced this task to a U.S. call center but decided to look for a more cost-efficient provider due to a decrease in call volumes and a limited budget. Grupo Noa International used the Wi-Fi provider's CRM ticket system to assign people to provide remote frontend user support. They handled 30-35 calls every day from 9 a.m. until midnight. The team provided at least one agent per hour, a team leader and a QA manager. The Wi-Fi provider invested €4,000 ($4,936 USD) per month for their account management team. The project began in February 2017 and is ongoing, with the Wi-Fi provider considering expanding Grupo Noa International's role to new projects for other languages due to their transparency and professionalism.
