In a separate project, GrowthLab provided business consulting to a digital marketing agency, Tactica. The agency was seeking to expand its business, and GrowthLab assisted with strategy and execution. The team handled logistics, LLC registration, financial audits, and IRS compliance. They also helped identify the target market and the right location for the agency's shop. The engagement, which began in August 2020, is ongoing and has so far cost the agency between $11,000 and $12,000.

GrowthLab also worked with a carpet retail company seeking to update its accounting practices. The team monitored the company's accounting process, recommended the use of QuickBooks, Stripe, and Float, and helped integrate these tools into the company's accounting system. The project, which started in March 2021, is ongoing and costs the client around $250-$350 per month. The client plans to continue working with GrowthLab for years.
