Grow and Scale

Grow and Scale was hired by ServiceTitan to conduct a comprehensive market research and analysis for a software company. The main objective was to perform a technical breakdown of a competitor's product, focusing on specific features, pricing, and market positioning. Grow and Scale was chosen for this project due to their competitive pricing, good value for cost, and ability to execute within the required timelines. A team of 2-5 employees was assigned to the project. They successfully delivered a detailed technical feature breakdown of the competitor's product, complete with screenshots, details, and demo recordings. They also conducted a marketing analysis to aid with positioning and demand generation activities, and provided assistance with sales enablement by creating battlecards from their unique findings. The deliverables, which included a technical document with responses to product questions, an executive summary of findings, and a marketing analysis, were all delivered on time and exceeded the client's expectations.
