Greg Thomas Studio was contracted by Res Publica, a British political and cultural magazine, to design and develop a website from scratch. The owner of the magazine selected Greg Thomas Studio after viewing numerous developers and designers' portfolios. The project was undertaken in three phases: branding, design, and development. The design was executed on Figma, and the development was carried out on Webflow. The final deliverable was a fully functional 12-page magazine website with the capability to upload articles, images, and text, as well as a newsletter feature. The owner worked solely with Greg, who acted as the project manager, designer, and developer.
In another project, Greg Thomas Studio was hired by a full-service creative agency to redesign a client's website. The website, initially built on WordPress, was not aesthetically pleasing and lacked user functionality. Greg Thomas Studio was tasked with developing, designing, building, and launching the website under the guidance of the agency's design director. The website was built on Webflow, which was deemed more user-friendly than WordPress and offered more opportunities for customisation. The pre-existing website was transferred to a completely new platform, with minimal information carried over from the old website. The project, which started in June 2020, was completed in September 2020 at a cost of approximately $4,000. The agency's design director worked solely with Greg throughout the project.
