Greenice was hired by Travelforce, an IT consultancy company, to revamp a client's website. The project's main focus was on improving user experience and performance, and eliminating existing issues. Greenice was responsible for integrating the client's real estate broker system into the website. The team at Greenice was given a lot of freedom, with only some periodic reviewing from Travelforce. Despite some changes in the account manager position, the project progressed smoothly, with Greenice working independently based on time estimates provided.
Greenice partnered with NoCowboys, a New Zealand-based review site, to provide outsourced IT services and web development. After successfully completing test projects, Greenice became NoCowboys' IT provider, addressing technical problems and managing development projects. Greenice rebuilt and migrated website features, wrote new code, and linked a new CRM to the platform's database that they continue to expand. The partnership began in January 2017 and is ongoing, with the expectation that the site will be completely rebuilt within the next two years.
Greenice was hired by 4TradesOnly LLC, a job search forum for the construction industry, to build their web platform. The team at Greenice worked closely with the client, handling everything from research and discovery to design and development. They also hosted the website, implemented the Stripe account, handled email accounts, and resolved arising issues. The platform was designed to be simple and user-friendly, allowing businesses to create listings and job seekers to apply directly through the platform. The project lasted from September 2021 to November 2022.
