The Greenhouse

The Greenhouse was engaged by an eye clinic to restructure and prioritize roles within the company due to staff turnover and new positions being added. The team from The Greenhouse provided full-day trainings on how to efficiently run weekly staff meetings, set goals, and achieve them. The engagement began in March 2020 and is still ongoing. The client has been in contact with one person from The Greenhouse throughout the project. The results have been positive, with the team from The Greenhouse effectively restructuring roles and improving the efficiency of the company's operations.

In another project, The Greenhouse was hired by Be More Colorful, a VR and 360-degree media provider, to implement the Entrepreneurial Operation System (EOS). The EOS process, based on Gino Wickman's book 'Traction: Get a Grip on Your Business', involves building out the company, ensuring efficient meetings, defining the right positions and placing the right people in them. The Greenhouse also assisted in hiring interns and the interview process. The project began in March 2019 and has moved into the strategy building and business development phase. The client has found the engagement to be extremely beneficial, noting improvements in meeting efficiency and the development of their mission, vision, and values. The Greenhouse's methods have been described as not available in business school, indicating their unique approach to business development.
