Green Thyme Consulting

Green Thyme Consulting was hired by a mental health charity to create a more accessible website for their content. The goal was to reach those in need more effectively. Green Thyme was chosen based on the quality of their work. They began by conducting ideation sessions with the internal team to map out the scope and high-level design ideas. They created low-fidelity wireframes and ran focus groups with users, synthesizing the data into an informative report that guided the strategy for implementation. High-fidelity wireframes were then created and Green Thyme worked closely with the developer to ensure the implementation aligned with the UI/UX vision. The client worked with a UI/UX designer from Green Thyme.

The Vilnius City Public Health Bureau hired Green Thyme Consulting to build Lithuania’s first intelligent school health monitoring and management system. The legacy process was very manual and made little use of the data generated by the staff. Green Thyme was chosen through a public tender process. They captured requirements, conducted user research, built process flows, created wireframes, deployed AWS infrastructure, automated data architecture and pipelines, built the application, developed insights and reports, and conducted user acceptance testing. They also played a key role in presenting the platform to stakeholders. The client worked with three resources from Green Thyme - a designer, a UX researcher, and a full stack developer.
