Grayhat

Grayhat was engaged by Oasiz Inc, a Consumer AI Lab, for the development of a unique product portfolio. The main objective was to construct original, production-ready social games for the Oasiz platform while also generating reference titles to guide Oasiz's AI game creation pipelines. The Grayhat team, which comprised of 6-10 members, designed these Mobile-first and Social-first experiences which included multiplayer, matchmaking, lobbies, invites as well as progression systems, all under a tight deadline. Each title produced was open-source and was structured to serve as a robust training infrastructure for Oasiz’s AI game creation.

Grayhat was able to reimagine classic game formulas, infusing them with a unique identity. Games such as Chess Revolution, Pro Pocket, Zuno, Performative Cafe, Poker Vault, and a Tank Game were included in the portfolio. Grayhat was also able to uphold swift yet efficient production cycles, managing to deliver entire projects within as little as 2 to 3 weeks for certain games (Zuno, Space Force) and up to 3 months for more complex games such as Performative Cafe. This demonstrated the team's capacity for high-velocity, repeatable rapid delivery.

Choosing Grayhat for this project came down to a number of factors, including great cultural fit, good value for cost, alignment of company values and effective referrals. The collaboration between Oasiz Inc. and Grayhat not only led to the creation of a diverse range of social games but also established a robust training infrastructure for Oasiz's AI game-creation pipelines. The successful completion of this project reiterates Grayhat's commitment to producing quality output under time pressure while maintaining consistency.
