Gravity Code S.L. was hired by Open-Ideas, a digital transformation consultancy, to develop IoT software for the health industry. The software was designed for access control and smart buildings, allowing a variety of IoT devices to connect. The project was carried out using the agile method with daily reviews and defined milestones. The Open-Ideas Business Development Director and technical team worked closely with Gravity Code. In addition to meeting the project objectives, Gravity Code was also instrumental in liaising with equipment providers, a task not initially included in the project scope.
Gravity Code S.L. was engaged by a small aeronautical engineering company to help implement the Scrum methodology for agile development. The scope of their work included first aid training, guidance with the implementation of the tool, and providing feedback on the process of the Scrum methodology. Although Scrum was originally developed for software development, Gravity Code adapted it for the company's specific needs. They also identified and mitigated a risk that could have potentially delayed a project. The partnership, which started in February 2021, continues, with the company investing between €1,500–€2,000 in the engagement.
