Gravils was hired by Borzo delivery, a multinational same-day delivery company, to assist in user acquisition, lead generation, and courier acquisition. Gravils was selected due to their competitive pricing and value for cost. The company worked with Gravils across several acquisition channels in their countries of operation, primarily through Facebook ads, mobile app campaigns and programmatic advertising with a focus on mobile user acquisition. The results were impressive, with over 5000 new paying customers per month in each of the four countries at the peak, a conversion rate from engaged to paying customers surpassing the blended rate by 15%, and 1000 new active couriers monthly.
