Highlights from Recent Projects
Grata Software partnered with Six Seconds, a global emotional intelligence non-profit, to improve the uptime and reliability of their products and services. Grata Software consolidated Six Seconds' various websites and apps on Amazon Web Services (AWS), where they also manage and configure them. They created a process for testing and deploying changes to sites, maintained and updated the servers on AWS, provided architecture guidance for web apps, and wrote scripts for AWS. The partnership began in March 2016 and continues to this day, with Six Seconds investing between $50,000–$100,000 in the project.
In a project with a marketing technology agency, Grata Software provided consulting services during the agency's transition to an in-house team. Grata Software assessed the agency's technology, recommended process improvements, and focused on team development and platform migration. They also helped with software management, optimized partner integrations, revamped products, and enhanced processors. The agency now has a minimum viable product (MVP) and is in the process of selling the tool. The partnership began in June 2017 and is still ongoing, with the agency investing between $200,000–$300,000.
Grata Software collaborated with Caretime, a homecare software provider, to provide maintenance support and development abilities. They conducted a code review, produced an integrity report, and started working on development, which included bug fixes and new feature development. Grata Software also helped with project management for the outsourced development of native mobile apps. The partnership began in April 2018, with Caretime investing between $30,000–$35,000 so far.
