Highlights from Recent Projects
Grata Software was engaged by Six Seconds, a global non-profit organization focused on emotional intelligence, to improve the uptime and reliability of their products and services. The company consolidated the non-profit's websites and apps on Amazon Web Services (AWS), wrote scripts for AWS to aid in load balancing, deployment processes, and backups. Grata Software also provided architecture guidance for the web apps and helped manage and update the servers on AWS. The partnership started in March 2016 and is ongoing, with Six Seconds investing between $50,000 and $100,000 in the project.
In another project, Grata Software was hired by a marketing technology agency to help transition from outsourced development to an in-house team. They assessed the agency's technology, recommended process improvements, and assisted with team development and Symphony migration. Grata Software also helped with software management, optimization of partner integrations, and product revamping. Since the partnership started in June 2017, the agency has invested between $200,000 and $300,000 in the project.
Grata Software was also engaged by Caretime, a homecare software provider, for maintenance support and development abilities. Initially, Grata Software conducted a code review and produced an integrity report of the systems. They then worked on bug fixes and new feature development for the web-based, cloud application that runs on a MySQL database. They also helped with project management for the outsourced development of native mobile apps. The partnership, which started in April 2018, has seen Caretime invest between $30,000 and $35,000 so far.
