Grape Up

Grape Up was hired by a 3D technology company in Silicon Valley to develop three distinct iOS Apps, an iOS SDK and a web app. The first iOS app was designed to showcase the company's 3D technology innovations, and it succeeded in attracting many companies who found new ways to personalize their digital experiences using the app. The other app was a complete solution for the dental market, encouraging a transition to a more digital workflow by using affordable 3D technologies. The company's CEO had previously worked with Grape Up and was impressed with their skill, commitment to quality, and punctual delivery. The project was highly collaborative, with a team consisting of a project manager, designer, developers, and QA from Grape Up.

A renowned Sports Car Manufacturing company hired Grape Up to integrate modern, global payment solutions for three e-commerce stores. The goal was to increase global reach, decrease time to market for new payment functionalities, increase security, and reduce operation costs. Grape Up was chosen for their technical skills and competitive pricing. The project was carried out in two-week sprints, continuously delivering features and solutions to production in a dev ops approach. The team from Grape Up consisted of three engineers, one of whom acted as the Technical Leader.

Grape Up was also hired by a large Financial Services company to streamline their post-close processing. The goal was to increase throughput, decrease errors, and establish an actionable disaster recovery plan. The VP of Technology had prior experience with Grape Up and trusted them to handle the challenge. The project was scoped and outlined by operations, in collaboration with internal Tech and Grape Up, and involved development and framework creation using JavaScript, Python, and AWS. The team from Grape Up consisted of a project manager/scrum master, tech lead, designers, developers, testers, and architects.
