Grafixoft worked with Fusion GBS, an AI-powered IT solutions company, providing support across various projects over several years. The goal for each project was to deliver high quality work on time. The team composition fluctuated between one to three consultants, depending on the project's needs. The projects were all based on agreed statements of work and financial frameworks. Grafixoft was engaged by a data visualization company based in Oxford, UK, to build a Quality Assurance team and ensure their product was reliable, bug-free, and user-friendly. The aim was to reduce the testing overhead of their internal development staff and increase confidence in deploying new features. Grafixoft was recommended by a board member who had over 20 years of experience with the company. Initially tasked with manual testing of the user interface and installation procedure, Grafixoft later automated the overall testing process, creating interface, API, integration, and unit tests. The team consisted of two full-time testers who were fully integrated members of the development team. The collaboration has been successful, leading to improved testing processes and a strong, ongoing partnership.
