The Gradient was hired by Happy Companies, a HR and SAAS Technology Platform, to develop their entire SAAS application and user interface. The project was complex and required the creation of a lightweight, easy-to-use interface for a multitude of objectives. The Gradient was selected due to their outstanding proposal and the project was completed on time and on budget. The team consisted of 2-5 employees who were able to successfully deliver on the project's goals.

For Azercell, a leading telecommunications company, The Gradient provided UI/UX design services. The project began with user interviews and competitor benchmarking to understand the company's needs. The design and development phase was carried out in sprints, using Figma to create designs. The project is ongoing, with the app launched and The Gradient continuing to support the rest of the roadmap. The team from The Gradient, consisting of around six members including designers and business analysts, was chosen for their skills, flexibility, and fit with Azercell's internal processes.

The Gradient partnered with a startup to conduct customer research and digital product design for an investment app focused on the US market. The process involved customer interviews, prototyping, and product iteration based on customer feedback. The team from The Gradient, which consisted of up to four members, also assisted with product design and business logic. The mobile app’s frontend uses Flutter for both OS, and the backend uses Node.js and Python. The partnership, which began in December 2022, is ongoing and has so far cost around $200,000.
