GoSaaS

GoSaaS successfully implemented the Oracle PLM system for a laser lighting products company. The project, which began in February 2019 and concluded in August 2019, involved significant background configuration to ensure the system met the company's specific needs. GoSaaS also uploaded data from the company's own document control system, provided training for staff, and configured the entire quality management system. The project was managed by GoSaaS partners, Andy and Zeeshan, who coordinated with the offshore team. The company invested approximately $20,000 in the project and continues to receive ongoing support from GoSaaS.

In another project, GoSaaS helped an inflight telecommunications company implement the Oracle Agile product lifecycle management (PLM) application into their system. The project, which ran from September to December 2020, involved scripting automation needs and the addition of 10 new attributes to the tool. The Oracle Agile PLM application now allows the company to automatically assign and process workflow tasks, eliminating manual redundancies and resource constraints. The project was managed by a GoSaaS account manager and three support programmers. The company invested approximately $15,000 in the project. Currently, GoSaaS is subcontracted through a third-party supplier to perform data extraction and clean and populate the new database.
