GM2 was hired by the NUEVE Agency, a marketing firm, to create a Shopify store that adhered to specific brand guidelines. The GM2 team, consisting of 2-5 employees, began with a swift discovery process followed by high fidelity designs for client review and approval. Once approved, they embarked on the Shopify theme construction, providing demos every two weeks for client feedback. The client found these demos extremely useful for monitoring progress and providing early feedback on the deliverables.

In another project, GM2 was contracted by a software company specializing in Oracle systems to augment their in-house team and add expertise in certain technologies. The GM2 team, comprising 2-5 employees, proved to be a valuable asset in managing and coordinating the company's efforts. Their extensive experience and leadership skills led to smoother workflows, improved efficiency, and enhanced productivity. Furthermore, GM2's expertise in certain technologies filled a skills gap within the company, enabling them to explore new, innovative solutions and drive growth.

KALIFANO, a retailer of fossils, minerals, crystals, and recycled metal art, engaged GM2 to revamp the UX/UI design of their website and to develop a new site map that incorporated their new brand identity.
