GM2

GM2 was hired by a global payment service provider to augment their development staff and scale their teams to meet business demands. The project involved the provision of two dedicated solution teams by GM2 to help the client rapidly scale their payment processing capabilities and integrate a wide range of payment methods across Latin America and Africa. The focus was on enhancing the platform's reliability, security, and transaction speed while also making the interface more user-friendly for both merchants and end-users. The client found GM2 through a referral and selected them due to their high ratings, proximity, cultural fit, and good value for cost.

In another project, GM2 was engaged by Envoy LLC, a full-service digital agency, to execute a design revamp for an existing e-commerce store. GM2 worked with the client to identify a theme for the design, developed designs on the theme, and then implemented it. The deliverable was a fully functional Shopify site that matched the client's designs as closely as possible, given the constraints posed by the theme. GM2 was found through an online search and LinkedIn outreach, and was selected for their budget-friendly pricing, cultural fit, aligned company values, and time zone alignment.

GM2 also worked with HIEBA System Solutions, a resource management and pre-plan tool for emergency services, to draft, ideate, design, and define full product requirements, migrate and develop a complete production-grade MVP, and perform ongoing evolutionary development and strategy. The scope of work included drafting a complete development strategy and requirements gathering, designing a complete user interface, working with stakeholders to ensure user-centric functionality, engineering a mission-critical production-grade platform for the emergency services community, delivering both web and mobile interfaces for customers, integrating with external industry tooling, and providing ongoing support and iterative development to the product. GM2 was selected for this project due to high ratings, great cultural fit, a referral, and aligned company values.
