GLOBALDEV completed a web app development project for a real estate portal in Dubai. The founder of the portal needed a team that could develop the web app using persona development, current state analysis, big ideas and prioritization, feature development, agile practices with a scrum or Kanban board, structured documentation, clickable prototypes, and a talented and passionate team. The work was divided into three parts: design, phase 1 development, and phase 2 development. The team from GLOBALDEV consisted of 12 members including a business analyst, back end and front end developers, a project manager, a quality assurance officer, a designer, and a DevOps specialist. The client was impressed with the team's honesty, realism, and diligence.

In another project, GLOBALDEV developed a mobile app for a startup company that operates an e-marketplace to streamline the process between vendors and clients in the event place. The company's executive was looking for a detailed yet user-friendly application and dashboard for both their customers and vendors. After several meetings with various companies, the startup decided to hire GLOBALDEV due to their accommodating approach to ambitious plans. The key deliverables were the main application for customers, the vendor dashboard, and the admin dashboard. The front end was developed using Flutter and Python, while the backend was developed using Django.

Lastly, GLOBALDEV was hired by a fintech company to build back-office software and augment their existing development team. The company's executive wanted to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their software development process, increase the capacity of their team, and bring in specialised expertise and skills. After conducting client references and reading positive reviews on Clutch, the fintech company decided to hire GLOBALDEV. The project involved designing the user experience of the back-office software and building various workspaces of the back office. Eight people from GLOBALDEV worked on the project, including two business analysts, a python engineer, two frontend engineers, a UI/UX designer, and two QA engineers. The client was satisfied with the quality of work delivered by GLOBALDEV.
