Global MVM

Global MVM was hired by a leading financial services firm in Colombia to create an Automation Center of Excellence. The aim was to intensify automation and capture efficiencies within the company. After a rigorous selection process, Global MVM was chosen for their strategic approach, technical proposal, team knowledge, and economic offer. The scope of work included the design and implementation of the Automation Center of Excellence, which involved the delivery of governance, architecture, methodology, and implementation of RPA solutions. The team from Global MVM consisted of a project manager, a government and automation specialist, a business architect, a solutions architect, and three automation specialists.

For a pension fund administration firm, Global MVM was tasked with implementing the DevSecOps strategy. The vendor was chosen for their good value for cost, referral, and alignment with the company's values. The project team consisted of 6-10 employees from Global MVM. The scope of work involved the execution of consultative and implementation activities to enable the use of the practices of the DevSecOps strategy in selected applications. The key deliverables were the materialization of the strategy, automation of deployments and tests, definition of governance and guidelines, and operation service of the DevOps platform.

Global MVM was engaged by EMCALI E.I.C.E ESP for custom software development. The project involved trading system support, analysis, design, development, and implementation of public service solutions, on-site support, and advice and proposals for continuous improvement. Global MVM was chosen for their good value for cost. The team consisted of 2-5 employees. The scope of work included providing specialized professional engineering services in information technology, conducting requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of Level 2 service user requests, and providing training to functional areas and transferring knowledge to technical systems areas. The project also required technical and functional documentation for all requests that warranted it.
