Global Line Network

Global Line Network (GLN) successfully completed a mobile application development project for a hotel management company operating across Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. The hotel company, under the leadership of the Revenue & E-Commerce Director, sought to create a hotel booking app that allows customers to make direct bookings, thereby eliminating the need for online travel agents like Expedia. The aim was to lessen the commission paid to third parties and boost hotel profitability by increasing direct bookings. The hotel company chose GLN for this project based on the recommendation of a peer and their impressive track record. The project was straightforward and involved creating an app that enabled users to book and pay for hotel rooms directly. The app, designed for both iOS and Android, was developed based on detailed requirements provided through weekly coordination meetings. Throughout the project, the hotel company liaised with two representatives from GLN.
