A beekeeping business engaged Girdner Graphic Design to create a logo and other graphic design elements as they transitioned from a hobby to a full-fledged business. Girdner developed ten different variations based on the initial concept provided by the beekeeper, eventually settling on two final versions of the logo. They also set up an informational website for the client and provided different image files for the logo. The beekeeper worked primarily with Laura, the co-owner of Girdner. The project, which took place in August 2016, was successful and the client was pleased with the outcome.

Despite having to end the engagement in March 2020 due to budgetary constraints, the client was satisfied with the work done by Girdner and is considering re-hiring them.
