Girdner Graphic Design

Girdner Graphic Design was contracted by a management consulting company to provide graphic design services for their weekly column. The company's president provided the copy and suggested ideas for the graphics. Girdner Graphic Design also recreated the company's logo, letterhead, and business cards and will soon be taking on their social media posting. The engagement, which started in March 2019, is ongoing and costs the company an average of $2,000 per month. The president works primarily with two team members from Girdner Graphic Design, including co-founder Laura.

In another project, Girdner Graphic Design worked with a beekeeping business to create a basic logo and other graphic designs. The beekeeper provided an initial concept and Girdner Graphic Design created ten different variations based on that theme. They ultimately settled on two versions of the final logo, one in positive space and one in negative. Girdner Graphic Design also helped set up an informational website for the beekeeper and provided different image files of the logo. The whole project took place during August 2016.

Girdner Graphic Design was also brought on by a data center engineering and management consulting firm for staff augmentation purposes. Initially, Girdner Graphic Design acted as an extension of the firm's staff, providing basic graphic design, publication formatting, and presentation manipulation. As the firm increased its headcount, Girdner Graphic Design continued to augment the team and even supported the firm with client requests. The firm's senior director of technical communications worked primarily with Matt and Laura, the partners at Girdner Graphic Design. The engagement began in January 2014 and ended in March 2020 due to budgetary constraints, but the firm is looking to rehire Girdner Graphic Design in the near future.
