Highlights from Recent Projects
GIGA IT successfully completed a software development project for Noven.io, an oil and energy production company. The project involved the creation of a server system, built from scratch, that collects data from IoT devices. The system stores the data in a database and provides the user with the ability to view their data, run diagnostics, and understand the analytics. The system was developed by a team of five, including senior software developers and QA personnel. The initial version of the system was completed and the collaboration is continuing as the team focuses on improvements and additional features.
In another project, GIGA IT provided development services for Kilburn Live, a global live entertainment company. GIGA IT was hired to create a web-based scoring system for interactive games and to develop several Unity3D-based augmented reality mobile applications. The scoring system was successfully integrated with the entertainment center's RFID access-control system. The project team consisted of a senior architect, a senior software engineer, two junior software engineers, a QA engineer, and a DevOps engineer. The Unity3D development team included a senior software engineer and a junior software engineer. All projects were successfully delivered.
GIGA IT also partnered with a technology services firm for two development projects. The first project was the development of a voice assistant for Android, which involved the use of technologies related to speech-to-text or text-to-speech. The second project involved developing a system for an online lottery, which entailed building a responsive mobile app using Angular. GIGA IT also provided strategic marketing support occasionally. Both projects were successfully completed within a year.
