The collaboration started in February 2025 and is an ongoing arrangement. The company reached out to Gifthead, needing assistance in the management of their comprehensive internal hiring process. Gifthead, having been chosen for their impressive cultural fit, has since delivered on various fronts of the hiring process.

Gifthead's involvement involved streamlining up to approximately 20 hirings within a span of a year and a half. With 2-5 of their team members involved, they were in charge of refining job descriptions, producing the interview process, initiating contact with potential hires, managing and coordinating interviews, updating systems, and performing interviews for referrals. That said, the HR interview and the communication of job offers were the only aspects excluded from their list of responsibilities.

In sum, the medical AI diagnosis company, through a referral, enlisted the services of Gifthead to improve and manage their internal recruitment process. Their contributions have greatly impacted the recruitment drive, and they remain an integral part of the team. Their tasks have ranged from refining job descriptions to conducting referral interviews, with a notable exception being the HR interview and job offer relay. They have since streamlined the recruitment of around 20 employees within the span of 18 months, demonstrating their effectiveness and efficiency.
