Gentle Code

Gentle Code worked with a Swiss real estate company to provide graphic design services. The head of marketing found Gentle Code on Upwork and chose them due to their high ratings, great culture fit and aligned company values. A single employee from Gentle Code was assigned to the project, which involved the creation of regular design elements for social networks, reporting, presentations, and other tasks in line with set deadlines.

The company also collaborated with One x, a full-service marketing agency, to provide web design, web development, and graphic design services. The director of marketing found Gentle Code through an online search and chose them for their good value for cost, aligned company values, and great service. Between two to five Gentle Code employees were assigned to the project. They designed and built websites and provided ongoing graphic design services.

Gentle Code worked with Aurora Payments, a payment processing company, for custom software development. They were initially hired to build a new CRM, but the scope of work expanded over time to include an omni-channel payment gateway, integration of other payment products, and a B2C SaaS application. The scope of work was extensive and involved automated merchant underwriting, KYC, KYB, compliance, risk management, ACH monitoring, automated boarding and on-boarding APIs, and a complex commission payments system. At its peak, 30 Gentle Code employees were assigned to the project. The engagement began in July 2019 and is ongoing.
