GenSoft was engaged by Elit-Web, a digital marketing agency, to enhance the security and reduce critical bugs in their product. The company's objective was to establish a clear, predictable QA process, automate key scenarios, review requirements and designs early, and prepare the product for traffic spikes. GenSoft was selected for their high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, and good value for cost. A team of 2-5 employees from GenSoft worked on building and managing the full QA and Quality Engineering process for Elit-Web's product. They were responsible for functional testing, automation development, performance validation, and continuous support throughout the release cycle. Key deliverables included a complete QA strategy, automated test suites for critical flows, structured regression coverage, clear reporting, and ongoing collaboration with the development team. The result was stable, predictable releases, which met the client's expectations and objectives.
