GenM Creative partnered with Matronee, a company that produces specialized caps for premature infants in neonatal intensive care units. Matronee sought GenM's expertise to revamp their marketing strategy from B2B to selling directly to consumers due to COVID-19 restrictions in hospitals. GenM helped Matronee establish an e-commerce site, develop a social media presence, and fine-tune their branding. They also assisted in creating an identifiable logo, taglines, and other branding materials. The partnership, which started in August 2020, is ongoing and has resulted in a more cohesive brand and voice for Matronee.

In another project, GenM Creative worked with Coury Hospitality, a hotel group, to produce a series of training videos. The goal was to spread a uniform message across all departments in an entertaining yet professional manner. GenM traveled to different properties to shoot the videos, which demonstrated the perfect host, valet, security, and more. The videos, which were not stiff or outdated but rather engaging, were well-received. The partnership began in February 2016 and continues with more videos planned.

GenM Creative also collaborated with Indigeony Marketing Group, a marketing agency for Native American casinos. Indigeony needed additional help to increase their capacity for various video projects. Over five years, GenM helped produce about 20-30 videos, ranging from 30- to 60-second television commercials to customized two-minute web and training videos. Some videos even included animation. The partnership, which started in January 2014, has resulted in a significant investment of over $200,000.
