The company's servers are now running out of a local data center where all locations access shared files and programs. The client mainly deals with the Operations Manager and the President from Generation Technology Solutions.

Networks Activity Centre Society of Alberta, a non-profit organization providing support to adult survivors of brain injury/stroke, partnered with Generation Technology Solutions for ongoing IT support. The vendor was selected based on their willingness to work with the organization's budget and needs. The project involved backing up information, securing the server, and providing tech support. Recently, Generation Technology Solutions also took over the task of updating the organization's outdated website.
